Call 1-877-366-6271 to pay by phone or click here to pay via the internet. It's quick, easy and secure. There is no application or enrollment process, and you control when and how much you pay!
The service is available to all customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can pay each month's bill in full or specify the amount you wish to pay that month. The choice is up to you! A $3.95 transaction fee applies.

A. Yes, you may call 1-877-366-6271, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. No enrollment is required.
Q. How safe and secure is it to provide my credit card information?
A. The payment processing system uses SSL (secure socket layers) and 128 bit encryption to make your information unreadable as it passes over the Internet. E-Billing automatically signs you out of a session if you are inactive for 20 minutes.
Q. What information do I need to make a payment by credit card?

Q. What confirmation do I receive when I make a card payment?
- Your Midwest Energy 8-digit account number.
- The dollar amount you wish to pay.
- The credit card or ATM debit card number.
- Your security code located on the back of your card in the signature strip. It is at least 3 digits and is always printed after your card number.
- Month/year expiration date.
- Zip code where the card statement is mailed.
A. You will receive a confirmation number that appears on a separate page after you submit your online payment. We encourage you to wait after you submit your online payment for the confirmation page to load and to record the confirmation number or print the page for your records. You will also receive a confirmation number if you make a card payment by phone.
Q. Can I retrieve my confirmation number if I did not record it at the time I made my payment?
A. Yes. You can call 1-800-222-3121 to receive the confirmation number.
Q. When will the payment be posted on my account?
A. Card payments will be posted to your account by the end of the next business day.
