E-Billing (Paperless bills)

- Pay one or multiple accounts with a single online transaction.
- Print a hard copy only when needed.
Budget Billing Plan
- Allows you to pay only an average amount each month. This amount will remain constant for one year.
- The average amount will be determined by your past twelve months’ consumption.
- You will continue to receive a regular monthly bill explaining the amount of energy used and the balance of the account. You choose between regular or e-bill (paperless) formats.
- At the end of twelve months, the account will be audited and adjustments made to keep the bill at an average.
Multipage Bills
- Multiple bills issued on the same day will arrive in the same envelope if the name and address spellings are identical. Let us know if spelling changes are needed.
